Renewal subscriptions will be based on the package you choose, and the fee may vary depending on your preferred package.

Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription is automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged the renewal fee within 24 hours of the end of the valid period.

You have the ability to manage your subscriptions, and you can turn off auto-renewal by going into your iTunes account settings after purchase.
